Alex and Chris chose the beautiful Hawkstone Park, near Shrewsbury, Shropshire, for their big day, with the ceremony held at the Golf Club Hotel and an adventure up to the Follies for their portrait session.
This wedding had so many emotional moments, with lovely readings during the ceremony by both the groom’s mother and a close friend of the couple, in addition to very moving speeches made by the bride and her mother, which brought a tear to the eye of several of their guests! There was also a good dash of playfulness too, with a Star Wars theme to the reception details and good-natured banter provided by the groomsmen. Alex and Chris made the most of the stunning Hawkstone Follies as a backdrop for their couple shots, and the visit to the Grotto was a particular highlight for me!
