My name is Amie, and I have a passion for creating beautiful images and capturing memories to be cherished. When it comes to photographing weddings, I love telling the story of the day, not just the big moments but all the little in-between details and interactions too, and I love photographing all those people who matter most to you having an awesome time.
I live in Shrewsbury in the heart of Shropshire, where I have a small home studio. My house is filled with books and (if I’m honest, too many) houseplants, and I’ve always got a couple of crochet projects on the go. I adore dogs and I’m always happy to hear that a canine friend will be joining their people at a wedding! I love being outdoors in nature, especially the woods.
Alongside photography I’ve also been teaching science for the past fifteen years (part-time now), and my love of biology in particular is evident in my wildlife images - I studied Zoology at university and I love spending my free time observing and photographing the fantastic range of birds and mammals we have here in Britain.
